Chile Relleno with organic poblano chiles and burrata cheese

This was the second meal I tried from Luxefly and it was also delicious. Again I could see chunks of real food and once the meal was rehydrated you could clearly see the cheese and got that cheese-pull effect. It had a kick and was super filling. Some of the meals take up more space than other backpacking meals, but they are also much better.

The Chili Rellano is unbelievably delicious. It has amazing chunks of burrata cheese, rellano peppers, and amazing taste. It was REAL food that made meal time on a wilderness river even that much more special.

I just had Chile Relleno this weekend while backpacking at the Columbia River. What a delicious surprise! It was so tasty, and the portion was perfect after a long day hiking. I'll eat this anytime, it was the best freeze dried meal I've had so far. Now I have to try the other Luxefly meals I got, can't wait!
