Ginger Almond Biscotti- Gluten Free

Delicious, but I wish it was not made with sugar- how about honey? maple? coconut sugar?

Hi all, I love all your products, and especially love your biscotti. So i was anxious to try the gluten.free, since that is better for my tummy. The flavor is still so good...but i don't enjoy the softness of the product. Perhaps that is the nature of gluten free, but even so, I will not likely get it again and will "suffer" having the wonderful NON gluten free. Thank you!
