Easy Peasy Flour Mix

Absolutely fantastic! Best bread mix out there! Way better than any store bought bread and goes toe-to-toe with the best at-home recipes I've tried that use a million flours and weird ingredients. This mix is incredibly easy, fast, and versatile. The texture is perfect and the taste is great too. It's always a hit even for my non-GF guests.

The following is what I have found to work best after making your bread for several months. I was having problems with it rising too much with such large holes in it that it could not be used for toast or sandwiches. What I found was that the flour and yeast have to be measured because there are different amounts in each bag. I have found up to 1/3 cup flour and 1/ tea of yeast over what it calls for to make two loaves. Once I started measuring I have not had that problem. Also, 9" pan is better than 8" and the less you handle it the better. Very easy and delicious after I found the problems. The mix makes great cinnamon rolls also. Thank you for selling the mix, it is great to have homemade bread!
