Cooper Sharp White American

When I received the cheese it was frozen solid the problem was the slices were frozen all together so even after defrosting I couldn’t get the slices separated so instead I had clumps of cheese that tasted great but was a pain in my neck trying to get proper coverage. May I suggest if you’re going to vacuum seal slices of cheese put paper in between each slice and less vacuum. I will buy again because the cheese was so dang good!

Wish the cheese was thinly sliced!
