Ordered pretzels and they arrived in 2 days. Since they are packaged in plastic that is somewhat shrink-wrapped, the pretzels had a bit of a "plastic taste. However, we immediately took the pretzels out of the original plastic wrapping they came in and put them in a gallon sized Ziploc and the plastic taste disappeared. The pretzels heat up nicely in the microwave. I put a mist of water on the top and sides of the pretzel before heating up for 15 seconds. Then I take them out and mist the top again lightly to add salt and then pop them back in the microwave for 15 additional seconds. They come out super soft and warm just like they taste when I come back to Philly and get a fresh pretzel. I tried them in the airfryer. However, they taste best in the microwave as I described above.

The day they arrived I took them out of plastic they seemed OK. Put salt on after water spray. Wrapped them in foil cooked them 12. Min in convection oven took out ate with girlfriend they weren't as I remembered from the pretzels after the concerts at the old spectrum thats long gone now. I put the two remaining ones in the fridge. Next morning they had mold and what looked like fine salt White coating along w mold like penicillin all over the top of the pretzels. Please don't sell stuff thats a day or two from going sour...Alot of money I spent for something that should have already been disposed of.....
