Sterling Whiskers™ Catnip & Silvervine Chew

I ordered two Catnip and Silvervine Chews, and was very much looking forward to giving them to my cats. However, instead of watching my fuzzy buddies play gleefully with their toys, I had to throw the chews in the garbage since they were both broken in two and my cats couldn't hold them in their paws. I'm not sure who is at fault, here: Sterling Whiskers, or the US Postal Service, since the issue was clearly that of miserable packaging. The chews were tossed, unwrapped, in a flimsy plastic bag. If they had instead been carefully wrapped in brown paper or facsimile, thereof, and then placed in a box, I would not have tossed twenty dollars down the drain. As it stands now, you have lost at least one customer-- me, and anyone else who doesn't want to waste their money.

She liked it for about 5 minutes, and has ignored it since.
