Perfect pan for family of 2

I've been very happy with this pan. The size is perfect for cooking meals for two, whether it's eggs and bacon for breakfast, stir-fried vegetables, or a couple of chicken breasts One of my favorite things about this pan is how lightweight it is. It's much easier to handle than traditional cast iron, making cooking, flipping, and serving much more comfortable. The pan also heats evenly and gives food a nice sear. Cleanup is surprisingly easy. With proper preheating and a little oil, food releases well, and the pan washes up quickly without much scrubbing.

What an amazing pan. Did a one pot beef noodle dish last nigh and it properly browned the sliced meat, before I added the cooked noodles into the pan and it imparted a nice wok flavor to the beef and noodles. My only request now is for Vermicular to design and offer a flatish bottomed enamel-coated, cast iron wok.

Very light for cast iron. Sears well, heats up quickly. Need to follow instructions for maintenance. Very happy with my purchase.
