Banh Mi Curry Noodle Bowl

Bahn mi was excellent. All flavors come through. Portion was excellent for 2 hungry campers after day or hiking!

We were super impressed with the flavor and texture of this meal. The chicken was perfect and tender, not chewy like many other freeze dried brands. Amazing to see such a small and mostly organic ingredient list. I placed a second order after eating through the first meals and will be placing a third order soon.
