I just can't get used to this

First off, I love the IDEA of this. And it does work on my lower lashes. But, I MUST put my makeup on with only one hand while using a hand mirror, I don't have a wall mirror that has decent lighting, there is no other way in my house to apply my makeup. This tool seems like it was designed to use with BOTH hands while applying mascara to the upper eyelashes. I could not get my hands in the right position where this would actually work for me personally. Therefore, I was unable to utilize this tool the way that it is intended to be used, so I can't say whether the tool itself is good or bad; just that I cannot use it with one hand. My personal observations/ opinions only, not on the tools performance but appearance: -It doesn't seem to "fit" my eye area very well, it seems to me the angle is off somehow or another. -However, it does seem to be made of a VERY STURDY plastic. -It is NOT slippery, it has a slight texture to it so it doesn't slip from your fingers while holding it. -It also appears to be sturdy enough to sanitize in a cup of rubbing alcohol. I don't know whether it's safe to use a dishwasher to sanitize it. I do hope someone else has better luck using this tool, as it is just not for me. That is the reason for the two stars, if I would have been able to use it, I might have a better review. I'm sorry Tweezerman, I LOVE your products, but this lash guard is just not for me.

Do like, however it didn’t dawn on me that I would need to clean after each use.

Who knew I needed this?

Again, purchasing a second for my travel kit.
