Easy to install. Easy to load and unload bike. Simple to remove if I need the full truck bed. Good way to haul the bikes; much better than just laying them in the back of the truck.

I have a 2007 CLASSIC Chevy Silverado 2500HD (Emphasis on the CLASSIC, this is important) I love this system and how it works, but the aluminum bed adapters for the crossbar that came with it for my pickup were waaayyy too big for the holes in the bed. I'm assuming it's because it's a classic and Chevy changed the engine, body style, etc. halfway through the year. Anyway, I ended up having to shave 3mm off of the top and off the bottom to get them to fit into the holes on the bed of my pickup (6mm total). Not a big deal since I had all the tools and ability to solve the problem. Also not a problem because the crossbar fits and works just fine without these adapters, I just figured, "Hey, they came with the bar, why not use them?" Once the Ride88 crew found out, they wanted to give me new ones see if they would work better. By then, I already had the original ones fitting perfectly, so I declined the offer. That's not where it ended though. They really wanted to find a resolution to the issue for future purchasers. After several emails back and forth, we decided it would probably be easier if we just met up and they could visualize what was going on with my setup. Jerry, the owner/designer himself, met up with me at a local bike shop and I was able to show him all my measurements and what I did to get the adapters to work for me. This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They don't just try to help the customer and make things right, they go above and beyond to make sure that future customers have a great experience as well. I couldn't recommend their products enough. I fully intend to purchase more of their gear in the future as well.

The ride88 rack combined with my Black River truck bed cap keeps my bikes safe and secure while traveling. Excellent product.
