KRACK KOTE® Crack Repair Kit

Not the same as old Abitron Krack Kote

Years ago I used the Abitron product purchased from Home Depot on many properties and found it very effective and easy to use. The product I purchased from UC appeared to be in the same packaging, however there are several significant differences. 1) The KK paste has a much shorter working time which makes it difficult to position the mesh and smooth with the spreader. 2) The mesh is much lighter weight and not as wide. 3) The spreader is no longer made of metal and because it is smaller it is difficult to smooth the paste in a single pass. The old product had a longer working time so the mesh could be properly positioned and any wrinkles could be easily smoothed out.

Works great

Very thin coating and mesh. Dried quickly. Covers cracks. Works well for our 1890 home especially when we can't afford a complete wall tear out.

Great Stuff

Works as advertised. Job came out looking great. Will wait and see how long it holds up.
