Nori defective wig

This nori wig shipped to me was not in good condition. A portion of hair stuck straight up on the side. You could see the wefting underneath. Would not go down. Also the wig was not even attached to the bobby-pins in the box. Did not look like anyone gave it a final inspection before it was shipped. Very upset that I was charged $10.95. Also $10.50 for shipping label for a wig that was sent in the condition it was. I have been ordering this wig for many years. This is not good business.
