Very easy to obtain a part fro my Trekking poles. I had lost one of the screws that tighten the length of the pole. Easy fulfillment process.

Flicklock product description is ambiguous

I am very happy that you provide a replacement flicklock part for my trekking poles. But the product description was confusing to me and a bit ambiguous. I don’t know what you intend to convey with the “dash” in the Flicklock 14-16 description. Does that mean a single flicklock can be used on a trekking pole with diameter anywhere between 14mm and 16mm? I don’t think so. And it wasn’t clear to me how many flicklocks were included in one product offering. The picture of the product does show two flicklocks. Why don’t you just say, “One flicklock product offering incudes 2 flicklocks; one 14mm and one 16mm.” Thanks, Mark Styduhar
