Nice bike the Outback V2 but a problem with the wire going to the motor!

Customer service is soso! But I found a great partner of Voltbike in Magog, QC ans he resolved the problem in 10 minutes by phone. The wired was to tight!

Great Bike, Lacking Customer Service

I’ve had the Outback V2 VoltBike for three weeks now. The bike itself is excellent – it’s smooth to ride, has a great battery life, and charges quietly (a nice upgrade from my old bike). It’s big and heavy, but that’s expected from the description. Performance-wise, it’s solid on all terrains and feels stable and powerful. However, my experience with VoltBike’s customer service has been disappointing. The website claims the bike ships within two days, but after contacting them, I found out it ships in 10 days. They haven’t updated their site, and despite multiple emails, I never received a response or the free mirror they promised for the delay. Additionally, I had a few loose connections that caused some issues, which I had to figure out on my own, as VoltBike didn’t reply to my inquiries about it. Overall, I really like the bike, but the poor customer service and shipping issues left me frustrated. Pros: Smooth ride Great battery life Silent charging Cons: Shipping delays and misinformation Poor customer service Loose connection.
