Organic Lavender Toner

I just love it! Not sure there are changes in my skin but everyone says my skin looks wonderful. I do think it's refreshing

I am not really a toner person but this lavender toner is fabulous. It has evened out my complexion by reducing redness and softening my skin. The smell is a bit funky at first but I’ve gotten ised to it.
