Misono Swedish Carbon Sujihiki 270mm (10.6")

I have been looking for some decent knives for the last 55 years, I have a large box full of so called chefs knives. Yes I even have made-in knives that can't compare. I sharpen all my knives with water stones. I just love this Japanese made carving knife, I have cut raw sausage links in very thin slices which no other knife I have ever had could possibly do. I could write a book, instead I ordered a japanese chefs knife. Can't wait to try it out. Ron Gooden
