I have ordered many pairs of underwear and thongs from Real Men Apparel and the craftsmanship is always top notch. Extremely soft and comfortable - they make me forget I have them on. The way the sizing works with being able to order a basic size and then a specific pouch size is the best. I ordered the medium with the B pouch and they’re terrific. The fit is great and the fabric never feels binding or too tight. Not kidding, I have at least 11 pairs, including both the underwear and thongs. Great purchases.

The concept of sizing options for two aspects is a game changer. Like a bra cup size for your package. The soft modal feels luxurious. The low rise is comfortable and I enjoy the no show aspect. I do miss having a waste band so I prefer the briefs more, however this is my new go to brand and I have 9 pairs. Customer Service is also top notch.
