Cute wig.....but

Iordered this wig twice, the 1st time it was so cute i wanted to keep it, but it was sent in a color i didnt order and it wasnt even a color that was offered for this wig..so i sent it back and ordered again, when it came it didnt have the same cute round bell-like shape in the back like the 1st one. The 2nd one was kind of flat in the back and pointy on top...so i sent it back. I gave it 3 stars because who knows what you will get when you order it.

A beautiful wig

The wig I got is really beautiful and works well for me. I already got some compliments on my "new hair". The hair feels really soft and pleasant too. The package came much faster than I anticipated.

Poor craftmenship

This was the third wig of this style that I have purchased. I have been very happy with them, so that is why I ordered more. This last shipment I received, after some delay because of it being out of stock, was not the same as my previous orders. It was much longer on one side than the other. I took it to my hairdresser who trims my wigs and she had a hard time getting it to look presentable. It is still not laying right. It's like they put more hair on one side than the other. Did they not pay attention to the quality of the wig because they were rushing to fill waiting orders? I have been a loyal customer and have purchased several wigs from you. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I know I cannot return the wig because it has been trimmed. But you should be aware that the company who made it is doing a bad job on your wigs. Unfortunately, I may have to consider going to another site to order my wigs. I don't want this incident to happen again. - From a "used to be" loyal customer. :(
