Not the best wig I've purchased

The wig upon arrival doesnt look like stock images. Being non heat friendly, makes it difficult to style. The fibers are more on the shiny side, and are not silky smooth. I have tried steaming with no luck to calm down the frizzy look. Turned it into my gym wig as wearing any other place is a no for me.
