Doesn't take to a curling iron well

This wig arrived very flat on one side. I tried using a curling iron on its lowest setting, but I could not get the wig to take styling. Ultimately, I had to take it to a professional wig shop and spend a chunk of money to get the wig to look presentable. Having done that, it's just gorgeous, but I don't want to have to spend money every month to get it refreshed and restyled. I'm used to being able to wash a wig and have it return to its normal style without much effort.

Crowd Pleaser

I received my wig quickly. The outer box was in good shape but the inside box holding the wig was damaged. The wig was packaged nicely but after trying on wig, noticed a lot of hair was inside the wig itself probably from other people trying on said wig. I purchased wig on sale and was disappointed that I received a wig that was returned. The wig is a beautiful style and suits me perfectly so I love how I look in it.
