Cheap polyester material and £6.45 deducted from my refund for return!

Not Happy! Dress looked cheap ,the cut and the material. What really annoyed me hence won’t be shopping on this website is that £6.45 was deducted from my refund! Most companies deduct a reasonable return delivery charge of £2.99-£3.55 from the refund but I have never seen a brand deduct the original delivery fee from the refund plus the return delivery fees! Disgraceful!

Lovely dress

Great dress, flattering fit. Sleeve length is ideal to cover tops of arms. Fabric is lovely with the gold thread running through too. Will definitely buy from them again.
