Seamless Balconette Bra

This was my second effort to buy MadameMuse bras because they look comfortable and beautiful and everything advertised is appealing. The first bra, despite measuring quite carefully was at least two or three sizes off on cup size . I tried again ordering up a couple of sizes with the expectation that I would augment cup size. I ordered two bras the second time one was too small and the other, very large…sizing is useless. I sent email the day after I received them-10 days later, nothing. I assumed they would be helpful but, no! I will consider the hundred dollar experiment a complete waste and I share my response because it seemed worth the risk I took but it was far worse than I expected… I'd prefer that not happened to more people along the way. I'd say these products fit in the category of "fantasy" they know what we want and they know how to make it look appealing but, trust me, it's all advertisement! Good luck

Item arrived on 10th August and didn't fit well and the material was thinner than I wanted. Requested details for a return and refund on 12th August. Had to chase and jump through hoops for them to assess if it was a 'valid refund'. Finally they agreed to store credit for the full value or a 30% refund and being allowed to keep the item on 12th September. Replied saying no thank you I don't want to keep the item as it doesn't fit and I would like a refund. I have heard nothing since.

This didn’t fit so I immediately emailed the company to return or exchange. They responded and offered to send me a new size. I returned an email with my size request and pictures of the bra and they are now not responding. I tried calling and the phone number is not going through. I’ve sent more emails and they just do not respond. Beware of the company. BBB RATES F.
