Wireless Full Coverage Jelly Bra

I purchase a bra, the size chosen, was based on your website size recommendations. The bra was huge. I emailed as requested to commence the process to obtain a refund over 2 weeks ago. I have to date received no reply. I wore the bra as it was bought for post-operative comfort. I ordered a size down & it arrived today & it’s also too big. I have no faith that I will ever receive a response if I attempt to return this bra. I am extremely disappointed customer.

Took almost 2 weeks to arrive, as soon as I got it and tried them on realized neither fit, sent an email immediately to return them and it took days for a response. They are unworn and fall under their return policy and they won’t respond to my emails, requesting a refund and a return slip so I can send them back. So I’m out over $60 and stuck with 2 bras that don’t fit. I was super excited to try these. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Color not as shown, sizing is way off/too small and cup inserts are too small and pointy. Terrible design. And in spite of the company offering a credit instead of a return, which I was prepared to accept, I have not heard from them or received a credit to my account. I have contacted them three times and they have yet to respond soon, I will have to take legal action and contact the Better Business Bureau.
