Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 Computerized Sewing Machine

I've been wanting a newer model for years! I got it. Haven't used it yet, only because I'm re-modeling my sewing room completely. Thanks for my sewing machine. EEEEkkkk. I'm so excited! Blessings.

I love the new Quantum Stylist purchased for the additional stitching designs and home quilting option. I was a bit disappointed with some of the feet and had to order a more durable type, for example, the walking foot had a single bar that rode above the needle bar and got stuck in the up mode which made it not work. I ordered a different type with a "hook" bar that hooks on the needle bar making it impossible to get stuck up or down. I also had to order a new 1/4 inch foot as it was not included in the pack as I had thought. I'm now ordering an upgraded zipper foot - one that is adjustable and gets closer to the zipper or braiding that I'm sewing on as trim. I think for the price, the feet should be a bit better quality. But I do enjoy the ease of operation. the manual is pretty basic but there at lots of utube videos that I reference to learn the different operations. I received this machine very quickly - but when I ordered a new foot from you, the order took way too long - I did not receive for at least 8 days, longer than the machine. I can get these parts on amazon usually in 24 hours so I think you may want to take a look at your order processing process to speed up your shipping. Should not take so long - and USPS often loses shipments so you should consider UPS instead.
