Alpha Baseball Elbow Guard (Youth)

Runs EXTREMELY small. My 11 YO was super excited about his elbow guard (and leg guard). He did his research and purchased the items with his birthday money. The length of the guard is too short and pinches when he bends his elbow. My son is of medium build and height, so I’m not sure why a youth product wouldn’t fit him? I would imagine the youth size would fit an average 7-9 YO. Same with the leg guard. It was purchased on sale and can’t be returned. He is extremely disappointed and we won’t be purchasing from this brand again.

The actual product might be fine, but G-Form's customer service and communication are completely non-existent. My original order from 6/13 was modified and shipped without my consent because items were out of stock. I attempted to contact support via chat 3 times, left a voicemail, and emailed BEFORE it shipped to swap the color to black so I could still get my items. I was ignored and the partial order was rushed out. A fulfillment specialist finally emailed me back, agreeing to honor my original discount on a secondary order, but then completely ghosted me. I have sent multiple follow-up emails since June 22nd and a direct message on Instagram. Total silence for over a week, even though the items are now back in stock on the website. I wanted to buy more products from you to give as gifts to youth baseball players, but you clearly do not want my business. Order #111312.
