I really love what you are doing, but the experience has not been great. - EDITED
The little hamster arrived with one foot torn apart. It was packed with care, but something clearly happened and it got damaged. This can happen and I contacted Amy and Bradley about it via email. Just to ask how to fix it, not to replace it. In over 3 weeks I got no reply. Well, I got a reply, an email specifically saying not to write again if I get no reply, because there are too many emails. All I wanted is one kind sentence with advice, not my money back. Then instead of a reply I got a request to review my experience. Well, so this is it, one star down for the missing foot, one star down for the non existent support. EDIT: I am leaving my original review as is was part of the experience, but I would like to add, that Amy has reached to me after this was published.She was very kind and refunded me a significant part of my order. She also advised, how the repair should be handled. Mistakes can happen and you get to know the bussiness best when they are resolved. Thanks again, I would now honestly recommend this shop.
