ALMOST perfect.

I’ll start by saying I love these shoes.. I bought another pair in white and will potentially buy another pair in black. They are the perfect amount of room in the toe box without looking crazy wide. I like the silhouette of these more than the last gen. However, I do think the last gen beats these as far as quality goes. I loved the heel and heel counter on the last gen (leather outside and inside). This led to a very substantial feel. Also most of the upper felt the same, with two pieces of leather, an outer and inner. On this gen, however, the whole interior of the shoe is made of mesh. While this can be a bit cooler, it doesn’t fight odor as well as leather, and these shoes feel much less substantial than the last gen. I do prefer the toe box on these, so for comfort alone I like these the best. If we could do everything this shoe did, but with a leather inner lining, it would be a PERFECT shoe. Maybe next Gen?
