The KittySpout™ - Wireless Fountain 2.0

Very chic design and works perfectly. Only complaint is that my unit has two dings in the metal base. Not enough of an issue to bother with the hassle of an exchange. My cat loves this water fountain and took to it right away. Excited to get lots of use out of this, keeping kitty healthy and hydrated.

I didn't like that it arrived with a dent in the bowl (it didn't affect it's use). I love that it gives three different options on how the water runs constant, time, or scan. If you want it to run constant then you have to keep it plugged in to an outlet. I thought we would try the scan setting first to see how my cats would react to it coming on when it 'sees' them. I have two other fountains that run constantly, neither is a Kitty Spout. I haven't seen the cats use it yet. They are still drinking from one of the other fountains. I have high hopes they will use this one. If not, we will try a different setting. I will let you know how it goes.

Excellent product. Given 3 stars for two reasons. Delivery took a while and arrived with the box severely damaged! Thank god the KS was not damaged. Second reason is there quite Stingy with the filter replacements. Only 1 spare considering the price point! Other than that you can't fault the unit itself.
