Seatpost Mount for Trek Madone (Gen 7)

Despite ordering the mount based on my bike model, mount dis not fit. Support was quick to respond, but would not do anything to rectify. bike is a trek madone sl7 2022, support recommended ’trying’ another one but use an sl6 version - only offered 15% discount and no ability to do a return. This was not customer error, and therefore should be able to return or at a minimum get a replacement that fits. I dont mind paying more for good - fitti g product, but that should be accompanied by good customer support.

I purchased the seatpost mount for my Trek Madone Gen 7 from Neat Component, and it’s absolutely perfect. The fit is spot-on, the build quality is excellent, and it feels solid and secure.
