Damaged
I received a damaged item. Unfortunately the bag arrived with a large cut into the leather, on the bottom :( When I reached out to customer support they told me to send back and they would ship out a new one no questions asked though. So that was nice that it was handled well, however I didn’t get the bag when I wanted/needed it for.
