Works for sore muscles and sleep

Just started using and it does seem to work for sore muscles pretty well. Sometimes it seems to work well for sleep, other times not so much. But since reasons for not sleeping well can be many and varied, I'm giving the magnesium spray the benefit of the doubt. Also, I'm sure the benefits are more pronounced when a deficiency exists. Sometimes it does tingle a bit and is a little sticky feeling on skin - but both effects go away pretty quick and a very small price to pay for the benefit given.

For pain on feet/legs! Great!

Oh my Goodness! It works fast with just a few quick sprays then wipe sprayed around and pain goes away in just a couple minutes! Good stuff!
