Good everyday tea
This pu er is very smooth and mellow, both the flavor and the effect are subtle. No overbearing flavors in any direction - not bitter, not terribly sweet, not smoky or woody. Also the energy is so balanced as to be almost unnoticable, unlike older more robust pu ers that smell like a forest floor and convey the presence and solidity of an ancient pine. If you're looking for something to knock your socks off with flavor or effect you'll probably want to go for something else, but this tea is very nice for daily consumption or further aging.
