AtomStack A20 Pro V2 Laser Engraver

I m realy happy with my A 20. It came extreemly well packaged and was real easy to assemble. Lightburn found it on setup... so i worked right away no problems at all, i,m going to make a box for extraction then i,m going to have a great time making model planes and boats, should have got one of these ages ago it s such an amazing tool...thanks

I absolutely love my laser, although I’ll admit there has been a pretty steep learning curve! With each project, I’m becoming more comfortable with the software and the entire process. After retiring from 40 years of teaching, I wanted to challenge myself to keep learning and trying new things. Buying my laser has turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m really enjoying seeing what I can create with it

It didn't take long to put together because I have owned lasers before but this particular one I cannot get it connected to any of my computers it it will bring up grbl and all it says is connecting it's not connecting to do anything I've been working on this for 2 days my wife knows the way around the computer she cannot get this to connect or do anything with it I've tried contacting Atomstack and I have no response I'd like to return it but don't know how I bought direct through the company and I have no technical support that being said I don't recommend this product
