I love the Atomstack Kraft laser engraver. It does an EXCELLENT job cutting with very few scorch marks, barely any. I would suggest if you purchase a riser for the machine, to remove the bottom plate from the laser machine itself and attach it with 4 screws, one on each corner to the bottom of the riser, this is what I did, it works great. I would like to see the software come with a file conversion program so you can convert STL files to SVG files, so people can 3d print, import their files to the Atomstack software program and convert 🍉their files to SVG, so the machine can cut out projects. The hinges on the Atomstack Kraft could be improved. The lid stays up fine😁 but when you lower the lid, HANG ON TO IT, if it slips out of your hands, it could SLAM down on the frame, possibly breaking the lid. This happened to me only once, but thank God the lid did not break; I was 😁sweating bullets for a moment. A built-in measuring tool along the frame would be nice to see as well; it would really enhance the laser machine. I love how the machine engraves and cuts, no complaints THERE!...awesome job Atomstack. The I.R. and 20-watt laser work fantastically together, giving a crisp, clean image. The machine is built STRONG and beautiful, a very professional job to the Atomstack crew and designers. The software that comes with the AtomStack works fine, but I personally believe there could be some more improvements on that side of AtomStack. It is very basic and I believe it would be awesome to see some design software included within the software itself. The exhaust fan could be upgraded to something a bit more powerful...it does the job, but I can still see smoke and smell fumes....it needs to be about twice as powerful as it is already, maybe something that you can adjust the speed of the fan and set 🍅it where you want it. The fire extinguisher is awesome, I love it, and the air assist works awesome...a lot of power. The material package is OK...it isn't great.... It's ok...it was nice of the Atomstack team to send me the package...I wish it had more in it, though, but what they sent was just fine. I had a problem with FedEx and our Postal carrier...I reached out to Atomstack, and they were very prompt to get back to me and were concerned. I very much appreciated that. FINALLY...FedEx and my post office 😁finally brought my roller, my chuck roller, and my riser...SLOW BUSINESSES...but Atomstack had NOTHING to do with that...so...bear with those slow companies that deliver your product, it isn't Atomstack's fault. I love my machine. I use it every day, it's an awesome machine, it's the 20-watt with the I.R. module all in one. The machine is sturdy and strong, no disappointments there. The instruction booklet needs a bit of work done to it. The instructions need to be more user friendly and explain steps more in depth. First you do this then you do that type of thing. The packaging was GREAT....I loved how they packaged everything nice and tight and strong with strong foam. They have good presets as far as materials are concerned and the power and speed the machine uses to cut and engrave. I would like to see more metal preset settings in the software, it would be helpful as far as aluminum is concerned and specific grades and types of metal you may be working with and have those settings on the program as well. What would be COOL is if the machine talked to you...( LID OPEN..please close to resume engraving). type of thing. Im not sure if Atomstack has a SURGE PROTECTION DEVICE within the circuitry..but...IT WOULD definitely help in case of power surges from storms. We get those surges in Kansas a lot. It would protect my machine and would be a fantastic selling point if Atomstack incorporated it into their circuitry. The thing is this folks...if you're interested in a GREAT machine that works fantastic...Get the Atomstack Kraft machine...I love mine. It would also be nice if Atomstack placed in their software program, an automatic alignment for your pictures on your material to make sure everything is lined up squarely. I have ZERO buyer regrets.....I'm happy with my machine, it's pretty frigging awesome. ATOMSTACK...I would personally like to thank you for the great work you put into this machine... it's beautiful and works great. Keep up the good work people. John H. From Kansas.
