ACMER P3 IR＆Diode Enclosed Dual Laser Engraver

I think the machine is okay. However, the instructions, tutorials and customer service is abysmal. That should be the easiest part. Look at Laser Map Maker and their support and timelines. You will never speak to a person at Acmer. Really a shame for a decent budget laser.

I have only had this laser approximately 7 days but I must say I am really impressed with it. I have done two engravings which turned out wonderful. Tonight I'm in the process of doing a photo of my grandson. So far this unit has done everything I have asked of it and even more.

The P3 is a work horse

I have operated my P3 for about 4 months now. I enjoyed the 2-in-1 laser I bought with it, and have added the 48/24W laser. I love the simplicity of this machine, and the protection with emergency stop and flame detection. Because of operator error (me) I have had to replace belts, and that process was well supported by ACMER. As I continue cleaning and maintenance, I am becoming more familiar and liking the P3 even more.
