Must have!
Purchased a second Soft Paws and a refill for the one I already had, and I need to buy new refills again! We just love this product. Clearly, that's why we bought a second one to keep in Emerson's go bag. Love that it's a refillable product. Yes there is still waste, but it's a lot less.
