Its soft, it smells so good for the fur without being overbearing or chemically. My husky was getting some kind of itchy rash going on but after a bath with this stuff her itching eased off, and the paw scrub massage bottle definitely works! Takes a second to adjust to it for sure, since my husky loves making it sifficult by bending and squirming a whole bunch no matter what, but she gets used to it and she doesnt mind how it feels on her paw pads.

Gentle and effective
I have 3 tiny shih tzus, and they are so clean and soft, now that I’m bathing them all with these wonderful products! Two pups are 11 months old, the light color girl is 10 years old. All do well with the shampoo/ conditioner combo.
