Extra Shipping Cost / Freight Fee for Spare Parts (Custom Listing)

A little odd, but it worked

I needed a new set of wheels for my cart. They weren't listed under spare parts. When I contacted customer service, I was instructed to pay for 4 wheels and shipping by paying for it all under "extra shipping". I thought that was odd, but I went ahead and did as instructed. It came from China so it took a while, but they did eventually show up. So all is good. The order was correct and arrived in excellent condition.

Great customer service to finally find a replacement part that broke on my Caddy Tek golf cart. It took awhile, but very happy with the service and correspondence from China.

Broken part replacement

Awesome customer service providing these parts for free! My only issue is it took two try’s to get the parts right and i paid for shipping both times. I included pictures and part numbers so was confused why. Other than that it’s awesome customer service. Definitely will buy this product again if mine ever needs full replacement.
