Thank you from Vancouver

I am new to astronomy and I am fascinated by how much detail the telescope can capture from our balcony! In Vancouver our days are very long right now so capture must start towards midnight for best results. Looking forward to long clear nights in winter! Photos of the sun utilizing the filters are next :)

Newcomer to astrophotography

I recently retired, and can now devote time to a long time interest in astronomy and astrophotography. So far Vaonis has made this a clear and enjoyable way to get started. I am very excited for clear dark nights.
