DWARF mini Smart Telescope

Good camera - would be nice if it did HDR for eclipse totality

Very nice telescope. The chip is small but nice size really for many objects. I think this and the Dwarf 3 could be great for imaging totality but the wide dynamic range would require bracketed exposure. I’m told it is not intended for this. Maybe a missed opportunity as an easy to set up tracking telescope like this would be near perfect. So 4 stars but I’m a tough rater. For deep sky I’d give it 5 given the size

I've always wanted to have a go at astrophotography, but always found the choice and price of equipment, daunting and very expensive. When I seen the Dwarf mini at under £400 in the sky at night mag, I thought why not. After tinkering about with in for a day/night im hooked. I'm loving the results, so all that's left to say is, WOW

This machine changed my life

Hyperbole? Probably. There are moments in you life that take your breath away, you obsess over it, you dream about it, you think about it. . . it's life changing. My Dwarf Mini's first Pic of the Southern Pinwheel galaxy did that for me
