Have been using shilajit for a couple years. I like the resin tablets because they are convenient whether sublingual, taken like a pill, or dropped in water. BASED has the best aside from taking a trip to the Himalayan mountains yourself and getting it from a Sherpa. Recently started using some of the other products because of the real value in what the company projects in sourcing, process, and experience.
