Perfect shrug for the dress

Perfect with dress....unless you want it loose you can order a smaller size and it still looks great! Ordered a small by mistake over a L dress and it's fine

I was expecting a whole dress and only received the jacket. Emailed several times but no clear place for refund. Sent the never worn jacket to the return address on package and still haven't had money refused.

I returned it only because i changed my mind.
