Gamboge (Lemon Mangosteen) *Pre-Order*

Sour, sour, sour! This is like the lemon of the garcinia genus. If you took mangosteen and made it as sour as a lemon, you'd end up with this flavor. Still lots of floral notes and delicate sweetness, but with a gut punch of sour. I love sour things, so made syrups, juice, cake, etc.. with it. That said, if you aren't a fan of sour fruit or cooking with your fruit, pass - if you are you'll love this.

The Gamboge was very sour and delicious; makes a great lemonade!
