Soursop

I was not sure what to expect. The fruit came and yesss it was as hard as a rock. Well I looked at it 😂 and said how long do I have to wait for this fruit to get soft. It didn’t take long. I read the note regarding the texture and what to do. It soften and I said do I cut it or just break it open. I got a knife and cut it, took the seeds out put it in a container to get cool. Yet trying to get use to the taste, but overall it’s delicious. I have the juice and I love it. The fruit I’m working on the taste, which is different than from anythings that I have had before. Thanks so very much. I have two small bags in the freezer.

My order came quickly and very well packaged to endure summer heat. The fruit was ready to eat immediately. Soursop is not as sweet as I imagined; taste and texture is similar to a mango so I paired them in a delicious salad. Be very careful with the hard seeds; they are embedded deeply in the flesh of the fruit.

Overall the soursop was delicious. There was a long wait, but I received 3 pieces of fruit of for the price. One was overripe and on the brink of spoiling (showed signs of mold forming, so I had to eat them quickly).
