I successfully retro fitted this into my existing stool with the obnoxious pin clasp to adjust the height. I foolishly bought the cheapo stool not knowing. But after some engineering I made it work and it's great.

I’ve had the Vyper Robust Steel Max with the Big Boy Attachment and ACME rod for several years and loved it. I recently purchased the EZ-Lift to convert it for quicker and easier height adjustment and love it even more.

Ended up having some issues with the original levers for my Vyper chair and they had to be replaced. Being around water often, it started to rust and the chair would not stay in the upright position. So I did what I should have done from the beginning and I bought the EZ Lift. So happy I did. The swivel is so much smoother and the EZ Lift is just all around better. Absolutely love it.
