Outstanding Customer Service

This 5-Star review is based on the fantastic Customer Service rather than the product per se. I was shipped the wrong product initially. I contacted The Rag Company and explained what I got. This was Friday of the Labor Day Weekend and I didn't expect to get any answer before next Tuesday if then. I had a response on Saturday! They had pulled, packed and shipped the correct order, and allowed me to keep the incorrect shipment if I could use them. Let me tell you folks -- THAT is true Customer Service, and you don't find it very much in today's world any more. This company is the real deal. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs detailing products.
