Way too tight to put on

Two of three purchased are unopened. I want to return them as they are way too tight to put on. Following the instructions does not work. They appear to be quality socks. But too tight. Maybe a less pressure design would work. My foot is normally a EEEE wide

too tight, I thought I order the lower compression. There worthless. Can I return them?? Also are they for 10 shoe size?

Poorly made for the cost.
