Painful
I bought this bc Lauryn Bosstick recommended and the reviews were great. I sized down like it said to do your pre pregnancy size but holy cow. This thing is so uncomfortable and hurts!I could barely get on and I have zero hips. Now I know it’s not going to be the most comfortable thing and thought it would be better than the Velcro, but for how much you spend, no. Wouldn’t recommend.
