The brand Design Essentials is trustworthy. The serum works a lot like most cleansing serums. It cleans the scalp, calms irritation. Ultimately it does a good job. Is it better than others on the market? I would say its the same but most importantly it is affordable!

This made my sensitive scalp so happy. I am 3 months in to my starter loc journey and I have soft thick curly hair. My micro twists unravel easily so I haven't been able to really wash my hair the traditional way. In need of a clean healthy scalp I checked out design essentials because I love their products and I found this gem. It exceeded my expectations.
