I ordered a men's size large, I'm 5'7" 176 lbs with a slight Dad bod ;). The fit is snug, but the right type of snug. It's like the fleece is giving you a hug. The colors are nice and the fabric provides warmth and is breathable to reduce sweating. I like the look and the function.
